Hunt Research

Covers where, when and how you can hunt the desired species or location. Written research document to support you as you plan your upcoming adventure. We use annual fees for research services to help your hunting strategy evolve with the wild game licensing climate.

Hunt Application

Covers hunting license research, draw statistic research and how to successfully submit your tag applications. Written application plan developed to support you during application season. We use annual fees for application services to support your application strategy to bring the most value to our customers year over year.

Pricing - Hunt Research & Applications

For hunt research and applications, we offer 3 levels of one-time services. In addition, we have 3 levels of subscription services that are renewed annually to keep your short, mid-term and long-term draw strategy up-to-date with season dates, regulation changes and population trends.

1-3 Hour Q&A Session

Do you have a general idea of what area you would like to hunt, but want some additional insight? If so, please contact us to book a time to ask some questions.

$120 per session

Hunt Research Plan (1X)

Covers hunt research and application strategy for 1 species in a single state. Written plan to support your application. A member of our team will meet with you prior to and after the plan is developed.

$240 per plan

Hunt Research Plan (3X)

This includes a more detailed research plan and application strategy in multiple states or multiple species. You can select up to 3 individual states or 3 individual species for us to conduct the research and create your custom strategy for application season. A member of our team will meet with you prior to and after the plan is developed.

$385 per plan

Our Services - Hunt Plans

Have a big hunt coming up? Don’t worry, we have you covered. We can work with you to develop hunting plans and strategies that will help you to reach your goals.

These plans and strategies include but are not limited to:

a. Logistics – Transportation, Meat Care

b. Gear – Clothing, Sleeping, Food, Weapon

c. Hunting Strategy - Tactics, Setups, etc.

d. Hunting Locations – Virtual, E-scouting to find the highest odds locations to find the game you are looking for

Hunt Plan Q&A – 1 to 3 hours

Already have a plan in mind and want another set of eyes? Or do you have questions on how to execute your upcoming hunt plan?

Partial Hunt Plan Development

A deep-dive plan on a certain aspect or focus area from one of the topics above to help with this critical planning phase and written plan to support this focus area on your upcoming hunt.

This would include a full, written plan to help support you on your hunt. This would include logistics, gear, hunting strategy and hunting location recommendations. This is a custom hunt plan that you can execute with favorable conditions.

Hunt Plan - Segment

If there is a certain aspect of your hunt where you don't know how to account and plan for, we can help you develop this segment of your hunt plan. From logistics to hunting locations to check in the field, let us help you get to a higher level of confidence before going afield.

$275 per Hunt Plan

If you are new to hunting or have never completed a hunt in a certain area, please let us help you develop a complete hunt plan that covers you from start to finish. With over 20 years of hunting experience in multiple states for multiple species, we can develop a custom hunt plan that will set you up for success next fall.
